An Evidenced Based Online course reviewing soft tissue and fascial anatomy, function of fascial movement, soft tissue injury and healing including collagen, collagenous restrictions, contractile tissue and functional exercise. Techniques of multi-plane stretching , strengthening and stabilization are included. Soft Tissue Manipulation techniques, including manual fundamentals, Instruments, tools will be reviewed adding Indications, Pre-cautions and Contra-indications.
