Advanced PNF for the Upper Extremity, gave us ample hands-on practice, allowing us
to refine our skills. By working on each other, we elevated our foundational knowledge
and took it to a higher level. The course emphasized the importance of properly
positioning both the patient and practitioner, establishing clear goals and objectives for
each session. We then delved into mastering proper diagonal techniques, with a focus
on proper positioning, contacts, and resistance—covering concentric, eccentric, and
isometric. One of the highlights was learning Rhythmic Stabilization. Unlike traditional
joystick exercises, this approach involved combined multiple plane isometric resistance
providing a deeper understanding of how to apply resistance effectively.

Great opportunity to observe the demonstration, ask questions that were clearly explained and practice with professional instruction. I recommend this hands on course to anyone wanting to improve their PNF skills.

I was fortunate to complete both the Upper Extremity and Lower Extremity PNF courses. Gary is an inspiring and knowledgeable Instructor. I am able to use PNF techniques confidently, to stretch and strengthen in 3 planes of motion. It has been very beneficial in my private practice teaching Pilates, Yoga and Personal Training.
